I am getting a 09605 Error Code when I log in.
Any Global ID with a WWNA prefix no longer works. Also, you cannot log in to ETSI directly. You MUST have a log in through If you don't, sign up and we will get one set for you. If you do have a log in, we simply need to connect your accounts.

In order to use (ETSI Diesel info), each user must now have their own log in and have their own account. We informed CDs of this a couple years ago and made it mandatory in Sept. 2019. Why can't I log in with my global ID for ETSI access? I used to be able to do this.
Our login system is strictly email based. DENSO will link your ETSI global ID and password with the email login you provide. I am a Central Distributor and I am trying to set up an account for my Service Dealer. Why can't I get it to work properly?
You can no longer register accounts for your SDs. As a Central Distributor or a Service Dealer, each user from any authorized company would have to register an account for themselves. Each individual user must register through the website and set up their own login information.
My login doesn't work. How do I get my old website access back?
1. If you have not logged into your DENSOTech account in more than five (5) years, your account has been deactivated.

2. We may not have a current email address on file for you. If you have an updated your email address or have forgotten your login information, please fill out the New User Registration Form. Once verified, you will receive an account activation email and you may begin using the website.

No problem! Click the Forgot Password tab on the login page and enter the email address you registered with us and we will send an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
Why can't I call DENSO and have them give me my password over the phone?
Unfortunately, we cannot verify who you are over the phone, so it must be done securely through the website.
Why can't I log in using Internet Explorer?
